PACE began as a continuation, of our fathers hard work, industry approvals and relationships that took decades to build. When suppliers asked us to take things further, we did, and PACE was born. Originally Power And Catenary Equipment!
Jon Cullum

PACE Networks was officially founded on 22 November 2011, when father-and-son team Brian Cullum and Jon Cullum launched the business, drawing on Brian’s decades of experience in the electrical infrastructure sector dating back to his apprenticeship in the 1960s. Since then the company has built a strong reputation in UK electrification and power infrastructure solutions, including rail-network and power-transmission projects.
Motion Marketing was created to fill a market gap: an agency that didn’t need bringing up to speed on industrial engineering, manufacturing or IT. From day one, they offered a full-service marketing engine, strategy, content, creative, and web.
We had spent years launching disruptive tech from Asia and the US into EMEA, but our roots were in engineering and manufacturing. Creating an agency that united both worlds wasn’t just logical, it was inevitable.

Supportwise IT Services was founded in November 2019. From the outset the company has focused on delivering personalised IT and business-technology solutions, positioning itself as a partner rather than just a supplier of hardware and systems.
School of Phish is a UK‐based managed anti-phishing service founded to help organisations defend against phishing attacks by combining awareness training, simulated attacks and fully-managed support. From the start the company focused on freeing up IT/security teams’ time and improving human resistance to targeted threats, positioning itself as a partner in cyber-resilience rather than a simple training vendor.
It became clear that true cyber defence isn’t just about technology, it’s about people. When every employee becomes part of the defence, success rates soar. That’s why we created School of Phish, to turn awareness into action.
